This solution is a little different than our All-Inclusive support.  We will fully monitor all equipment in your environment and fully manage all servers and network devices for a fixed monthly fee.  All desktop and project support is then billed at a reduced rate as needed..

Kinetic Premier Support Services

For companies that just need a little support here and there, our Premier Support Services is billed on the hour basis at very reasonable Desktop, Engineering (Server and Network), and Consulting rates.
